Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in offering unique, handcrafted home décor items. Since many of our products are handmade, slight variations in color, design, or texture are natural and add to their charm.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused, in its original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and invoices intact.

Note: Minor variations in handmade products are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized products.

Clearance/sale items.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

3. Return Process

Contact us at info@homedecorhandicrafts.in with your order details and reason for return.

Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.

Once approved, please ship the product back to us in secure packaging.

Shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to damage/defect from our end.

4. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it to us with photographs within 48 hours of delivery for quicker resolution.
